For breakfast let's try something different; instead of the traditional bacon and eggs; have a burger made with #JHMFgrassfed beef that is full of Heart-Healthy Omega 3, antioxidants, and Conjugated Lionelic Acid(CLA). I promise you that it will take the same amount of time it takes you to fry your bacon and scramble your eggs.
We at #JohnHMoodyFarm use a seasoned cast-iron skillet when making our breakfast burgers, I promise you once you use a cast-iron skillet for your burgers you will never go back to the non-stick skillets.

Below is a recipe for a delicious #grassfed breakfast burger!
Burger Ingredients:
1lb of JHMF 80:20 grassfed beef
1 Tsp of Sea Salt
1 Tsp of Ground Pepper
1 Tsp of Onion Salt
Toppings:
Romaine Lettuce
Heirloom Tomatoes
Onion
One Fried-Egg
Miscellaneous:
12- inch Cast-Iron Skillet
Spatula
Steps:
1. In a medium-size bowl combine JHMF grassfed beef, sea salt, ground pepper, and onion salt; mix until combined. Be sure that you do not overwork the beef; form four good size patties.
2. Heat cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
3. Cook burgers until desired doneness is reached, about 4 to 6 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the burgers. Let burgers rest 5 minutes before serving.
